General Questions

Do you offer new and refurbished machines?

Yes — we supply both new and fully refurbished machines, so you can choose based on budget without compromising on reliability. Every refurbished machine is tested before installation.

How quickly can you respond to a breakdown or fault?

As a local, independent supplier, we aim to respond to breakdowns quickly — typically within a day or two depending on location and nature of the fault. Exact response times can be confirmed as part of your service agreement.

Do you supply coffee machines and water coolers as well as snack/drink vending?

Yes — alongside snack and cold drinks vending, we supply bean-to-cup and instant coffee machines, plus mains-fed water coolers, with servicing included.

Who restocks the machines?

Our own team handles restocking on a scheduled basis, so you don't need to manage stock levels yourself. We keep an eye on what's popular and adjust accordingly.

Can I choose the products in my machine?

Absolutely — we're happy to tailor the product range to suit your workplace, whether that's healthier snack options, specific drink brands, or local favourites.

How much space and power does a machine need?

Most machines are designed to sit comfortably in a break room, kitchen or corridor and just need a standard mains socket nearby. We'll always confirm exact dimensions and power requirements for your chosen machine before installation.

Can you supply machines across multiple sites?

Yes — we regularly supply and service businesses with more than one location across the Isle of Wight and South Coast, all under one point of contact.

What happens if a product gets stuck or a customer loses money?

Many of our vending machines are fitted with SureVend technology — a photocell sensor built into the delivery bin that checks whether a product has actually dropped. If nothing is detected, the machine automatically tries again; if it still doesn't drop after a few attempts, it stops and refunds the customer automatically, rather than taking payment for a product they never received. On the rare occasion something does go wrong, just get in touch and we'll sort it directly.

What areas do you cover?

We're based on the Isle of Wight and cover the Island in full, along with towns across the South Coast including Southampton, Portsmouth and Bournemouth. See our Coverage page for more detail.

Coffee Machines

What's the difference between bean-to-cup and instant coffee machines?

Bean-to-cup machines grind fresh beans for each cup, giving a closer-to-café taste and aroma. Instant machines use pre-mixed ingredients and are typically more compact and lower-maintenance. We can help you decide which suits your workplace based on usage and preference.

What drinks can a coffee machine make?

Depending on the model, our coffee machines can produce espresso, americano, cappuccino, latte, hot chocolate and fresh brew tea — often with dozens of combinations available at the touch of a button.

Do you supply the coffee, milk and cups?

Yes — we handle all consumables as part of the service, so you don't need to worry about running out or sourcing supplies yourself.

How often do coffee machines need servicing?

We service and descale machines on a scheduled basis to keep water quality and drink taste consistent. Servicing frequency depends on usage and machine type.

Does hard water cause problems?

It can, over time, without proper maintenance. Our scheduled servicing includes descaling to protect the machine and keep drink quality consistent.

Are the machines easy for staff to use?

Yes — modern touchscreen interfaces make ordering as simple as a few taps, with no training required.

Can machines offer decaf or dairy-free options?

Many of our coffee machines support decaf, plant-based milk and other alternatives — let us know what your team needs and we'll recommend a suitable model.

Does a coffee machine need to be plumbed in?

Some models connect directly to a mains water supply, while others use an internal water tank that just needs topping up. We'll advise on the best option for your space during setup.
